• Order delivery may take 1–2 working days after confirmation.
• After placing your order, our sales representative will contact you to confirm the order details.
• Order confirmation includes verification of postal address, selected courier service, courier charges (if delivery cost is not included in the product price), and total payable amount.
• Due to multiple physical points of sale, a product shown as available on the website may occasionally be sold out.
• In case any ordered product is out of stock, our sales representative will inform you before shipment.

Order dispatch is completed only after successful confirmation to avoid errors and ensure smooth delivery.

Return Policy

At AgroPower.pk, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction. Please review the following return conditions carefully before placing your order.

• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must not be broken, damaged, or physically altered.
• Spraying machines or application equipment must not have been used with pesticides, chemicals, or any related substances.
• If the product contains a seal, the seal must be intact and must not be opened or torn.
• Digital or electronic products must not be opened, repaired, modified, or tampered with.

Products that do not meet the above conditions will not be eligible for return or replacement.
